INDOOR COMMERCIAL EXHIBIT BUILDING VENDORS: The Coastal Carolina Fair has an average attendance of over 200,000 people.
Booth space in our Freedom Hall Commercial Exhibit can provide a great marketing opportunity to:
• generate leads
• increase product awareness & sales
• Interact face to face with potential customers.
Exhibitors from the previous year are usually offered the first opportunity to claim their space. New applicants are selected based on uniqueness of products/services, experience, availability of space and appropriateness of product type for available space. Completing an application does not guarantee space. The application will be held on file until all space is sold.
The Application and Rules are available below. Booth size and pricing varies (check the layout below for details). General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 will be required, or you may be eligible to purchase it through the Fair.

The Vendor Application and Rules are available below. Booth size is approximately 10' by 10'. General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 will be required, or you may be eligible to purchase it through the Fair.

Outdoor Vendors

OUTDOOR FOOD VENDORS: Outdoor space is reserved for Food Concessionaires with a food trailer. Your unit must be able to pass inspection with the Health Department for events exceeding 3 days. Returning vendors have the right of first refusal, so only a very limited number of spots open up (if any) each year.
